Fjordling Smokehouses

Based 2 miles from Romsey, Fjordling Smokehouses uses time-honoured traditional Norwegian west coast smoking and curing methods on the finest quality meat, poultry and fish available. This includes trout from their own farms on the Hampshire Rivers Test and Itchen, which are processed on site.

All produce is carefully smoked over oak, and crafted to allow the delicate smokiness to complement the natural flavours of the food.

They pay great attention to ethical supply - raw materials are sourced locally wherever possible and always from sustainable sources. All end products are free from genetic modification, artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives.
