Chefs Paul and Liam source the finest local and seasonal produce, cooked honestly allowing the natural flavours to speak for themselves.

Paul has worked around the world in top restaurants including The Ivy and Liam has an extensive love for food and wine having travelled and worked in vineyards, bars and restaurants across Europe.

Local fisherman Nigel sources the finest locally caught seafood available for you to buy and take home or to have cooked for you in the Shipyard kitchen.
