Boudin Noir & Chorizo Kebabs

These are simple to make and add a unique twist to any barbecue.

Preparation time 10 minutes

Cooking time 10 minutes


Black pudding slices are too large in diameter for this kebab, so use;

2 slices Boudin Noir per skewer

2 slices chorizo per skewer

1 red onion roughly cut to size of meat

1 red pepper roughly cut to size of meat


1 Griddle the 'red' ingredients.

2 Cool and place on a skewer alternating with slices of Boudin Noir.

3 Brush lightly with olive oil and re-heat on the barbecue.
